To open a new ticket, click on Open New Ticket and enter the necessary information.

Help Us Help You will send you an email when you open a ticket, or when one of our staff responds.

To check on the status of a ticket, reply to a ticket or update a ticket, click on the link in the email you receive from the helpdesk.

- Another way to access your ticket information is to enter your email address and ticket number under Check Ticket Status at the link above.

A couple of points to remember:

  1. Your ticket will be seen and responded to more quickly if you click on the link rather than hit Reply in your email
  2. When you access the Check Ticket status, all of your submitted tickets appear, not just the ticket you entered

And a tip – if you set your browser to fill in forms for you – you won’t have to type in all of your information every time you submit a new ticket.  One of our screencasts will explain how to turn on the AutoFill Forms feature in your browser.
