How to access OCLC statistical reports

To see all OCLC statistics

Log on to OCLC Product Services Web (http://psw.oclc.org)

Select “Download records and reports”

Under Reports and Statistics, select the report, “OCLC Usage Statistics (First Search, WorldCat.org, Resource Sharing, Online Cataloging, COUNTER, Digital Collections)

Enter your OCLC authorization and password

Select the level of report you’d like to view (Institution, Group, or Authorization). Under the level, choose monthly or daily usage report, and the interface. You can also specify a 6-month time period.

 

To track OCLC Expert Community Experiment activity

Log on to OCLC Product Services Web (http://psw.oclc.org)

Select “Download records and reports”

Under Reports and Statistics, select the report, “OCLC Product Code Detail Usage Report”

Enter your OCLC authorization and password

Select “Institutional Detail Report” to view the report, or “Institution Detail Download File” to download it.

Look for product code ONT6390 (Expert community replace)
