Creating a new ticket:
Checking Ticket Status:
To open a new ticket, click on Open New Ticket and enter the necessary information.
Help Us Help You will send you an email when you open a ticket, or when one of our staff responds.
To check on the status of a ticket, reply to a ticket or update a ticket, click on the link in the email you receive from the helpdesk.
- Another way to access your ticket information is to enter your email address and ticket number under Check Ticket Status at the link above.
A couple of points to remember:
- Your ticket will be seen and responded to more quickly if you click on the link rather than hit Reply in your email
- When you access the Check Ticket status, all of your submitted tickets appear, not just the ticket you entered
And a tip – if you set your browser to fill in forms for you – you won’t have to type in all of your information every time you submit a new ticket. One of our screencasts will explain how to turn on the AutoFill Forms feature in your browser.
