The upgrade to Millennium is complete, and you may log in to Millennium and use the OPAC.

Please open Millennium on one workstation at a time to reduce load on the server.

Be aware that Millennium will likely take a little longer than usual to open due to downloading the new files, please be patient.

Also, we have found that some modes may be slow opening the first time you select them. Again, be patient as this only happens the first time you open the mode after the upgrade.

On Monday, February 14, Millennium and the GateNet OPAC will down for a software upgrade beginning at 5am. The downtime is expected to last between 2 and 4 hours.

During this time, please do not attempt to open Millennium. The GateNet staff will announce that Millennium is back up once the upgrade is complete. We will post on the LCLS home page and to the GateNet list.

Once you are cleared to open Millennium, please start Millennium on one workstation, and allow all updates to download (and be patient, as Millennium may be slow to load) prior to opening Millennium on the next workstation.

The OPAC will not be available from 5am until the upgrade is complete. We expect the upgrade to be complete no later than 9am.
