Responsibilities: The Business Manager is a senior management position that participates on the LCLS Administrative Team. This position provides coordination of a variety of administrative functions including finance, budget, human resources, personnel, space and facilities planning, grant administration, continuous learning support, and policy interpretation. Researches personnel issues such as benefits or performance appraisals, provides alternative options, and makes recommendations. Leads and provides guidance for human resources efforts such as documentation of regular LCLS practices and procedures.
