Responsibilities:
The Consulting Manager is a senior management position that participates on the LCLS Administrative Team. This position assists members in policy development & review, researches answers to administrative and management questions from members and staff, assist members completing Illinois State Library grant applications (Per Capita, LSTA, Educate & Automate, Live & Learn) and oversees interlibrary loan, reference, circulation and delivery.

Responsibilities:
The Business Manager is a senior management position that participates on the LCLS Administrative Team. This position provides coordination of a variety of administrative functions including finance, budget, human resources, personnel, space and facilities planning, grant administration, continuous learning support, and policy interpretation. Researches personnel issues such as benefits or performance appraisals, provides alternative options, and makes recommendations. Leads and provides guidance for human resources efforts such as documentation of regular LCLS practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Consultant performs a variety of duties, which are consultative in nature. This position is primarily responsible for the public relations and promotion of the System. This position is also responsible for developing marketing materials and media, training, and projects to market the importance of library systems, libraries and the services they provide. As part of the LCLS team, the Marketing Consultant provides advice, offers demonstrations, and provides information on best practices in delivering library services. This is accomplished by keeping up-to-date on relevant initiatives that increase the visibility and appreciation of the services provided by library systems and libraries in general.

Responsibilities:
The Youth Services and Advocacy Consultant performs a variety of duties, which are consultative in nature. This position is primarily responsible for the support and training provided to school libraries, academic libraries and other library staff engaged in providing youth services. This position is also responsible for developing marketing materials and media, training, and projects to advocate (provide information in support of) the importance of library systems, libraries and the services they provide.
