Madison Public Library seeks a creative and innovative Youth Services Supervisor who will provide direction for designing and implementing a focused and strategically planned youth services program. This is a leadership position that will be responsible for the coordination, development, and delivery of a highly responsive program to meet the needs of our community's youth. The position will require skills in extensive relationship building with local schools, youth advocates, community organizations, and families. The Youth Services Supervisor will serve as a leader in Madison Public Library's commitment to racial equity and social justice, and will plan, implement and promote programs and services with this focus in mind.
