FY2012 OCLC Fees Announced:
Following a request for proposal process, OCLC was selected by the Illinois State Library (ISL) as the vendor for bibliographic, discovery and interlibrary loan services to Illinois libraries. Pricing information for ILLINET/OCLC services is being distributed by the ISL to member OCLC libraries, with contracts and invoices to follow. What’s New at WJ-IL: Unlimited Course Enrollment:
Important changes are coming to WebJunction Illinois. Starting July 1 all registered users of WJIL will have access to an unlimited number of free online courses and webinars with the availability of certificates for all learning events. If you want to know how you can take advantage of this wealth of free continuing education read this edition of “What’s New @ WJIL.”

Digital Divide Grant Recipients:
Congratulations to Cahokia Public Library District and the Mississippi Public Library District (Collinsville and Fairmont City) as recipients of the Digital Divide Grant sponsored by the Illinois State Library to enhance broadband computer access to citizens across Illinois. Recipients will each receive between $10,000 and $26,000. Please see BlogJunction Illinois for further information and the complete list of recipients.
