Are you a proactive leader with a demonstrated background in managing buildings and grounds?  SMRLD has an immediate opening for a full-time Buildings & Grounds Manager.  The primary responsibility is to manage SMRLD’s physical facilities.  The person in this position will provide advice, offer demonstrations, make recommendations, and provide information on best practices regarding facilities maintenance.  This is a management position that participates as part of the Administrative team and reports to the Executive Director.

Qualifications include: an associates degree in construction arts or other relevant coursework and/or equivalent experience; 3-5 years progressively increased responsibility in related supervisory/managerial work associated with the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
