The first meeting of the Southern Illinois Library Systems planning panel is slated for Thursday, August 12, 2010, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.  The meeting will take place at the Effingham Knights of Columbus (1501 W. Fayette Avenue, Effingham, IL).
