System service hours changed:

Just a reminder that our office hours changed effective July 1, 2010.  The System office will open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 5:00 p.m. on regular business days.

LCLS staff development day:

• The System office will be closed Wednesday, August 4, 2010, for staff development and delivery will not take place that day.  Please make a note of this date.  We will open Thursday, August 5, 2010, and delivery will resume.

Southern IL library system merger conversations:

• LCLS member representatives participated in a meeting June 22, 2010. Here are the draft notes from the meeting.
• LCLS member representatives will join their peers from Lincoln Trail Libraries System, Rolling Prairie Library System and Shawnee Library System will participate in a second meeting July 14, 2010.  Here is the agenda for that meeting.
