St. Charles Community College seeks a Reference Librarian to provide reference service and library bibliographic instruction, participate in collection development and create instructional materials in print and electronic format. Requires MLS from an ALA-accredited institution, knowledge of and experience with print and electronic information sources and the ability to instruct users, strong public service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prefer experience in providing reference and instruction in an academic library setting and web development.  Full-time, twelve-month position, some evenings and Saturday hours required.
