LCLS will be moving to a new helpdesk software, which we will be calling Help Us Help You (HUHY). HUHY is available right now at http://huhy.lcls.org, and will replace HelpMe completely by March 2010. HUHY is easy to use, and a short training will be provided at some LCLS events in the coming months. There are also training videos and instructions available on the LCLS Web site under What’s New.
