It is with our sincere and deepest appreciation (and heavy hearts!) that we wish Bonnie Kilmurray congratulations on her impending retirement. Bonnie has been with Lewis & Clark Library System for 40 years and her dedication is evident! We will be holding a retirement party on October 15. More details are forthcoming, but everyone is invited!

A few weeks ago, many of you completed a short poll about our current Web site. We’ve made a few changes based on those comments and are still in the process of making a few more, but we would like to highlight a few of those changes now.

The first is a change to the right side of our front page. We’ve added a new link to LibraryLearning (L2) that will take you directly to the statewide calendar. We’ve also added a link to WorldCat which will provide access to the other collections in our System.

Under What’s New, we’ve added a Press Release section that includes a space for both LCLS press releases as well as PR about our member libraries. If you would like to have an item posted in this section, please contact Amanda McKay.

Finally, the Board section is also undergoing some revisions. We are working to put the Board of Directors Notebook online which contains many items that are helpful to our board members, but you might also find useful. We are also improving our archive of minutes, agendas, and board packets.
