Paperbacks and Hardbacks on the Same Record

Can go on same record if: 

      1) Publisher is the same
    2) Date of publication is the same
    3) No different edition statement

If adding another version to a record, add new ISBN.
If the paperback version or the hardcover version have different pagination or a different size please add a 500 note. Do not edit the 300.

If the record in database has pagination and size for paperback in the 300, the note should be: 500; ; a Hardcover has 356 p. and is 28 cm.

If the record has pagination and size for the hardcover in the 300, the note should be: 500; a Paperback has 245 p. and is 16 cm.

But remember, if paperback and hardcover have different dates, or different publishers, they must go on separate records.
