As of September 5th, 17% of Illinois libraries have signed agreements to purchase Wilson Select Plus at the ILSDO negotiated rates.  However, only approximately 41% of the costs are covered.  If your patrons would benefit from access to the Wilson Select Plus database, please do not delay in signing the agreement and sending it promptly to Amanda McKay:
